Considering what we don’t want to happen with technology can be as valuable as looking at ways we can benefit from new technological innovations The six trends in this report may not surprise anyone who follows #hrtechnology. What I found more interesting are risks posed by these trends ranging from losing human connection through automation to losing human knowledge through adoption of LLMs. A critical question to ask when creating digital HR strategies is not just “how can we make the most effective use of technology?” It is also “where do we need to retain and ensure effective use of people”?
