the LEGO Group are low-key releasing some of the best employee-generated content out there right now (links in comments). Their "Women in Engineering" series is a seriously good example to be sharing with customers and prospects. Why? 🛠 It showcases technical employees which is a group we know is notoriously difficult to engage in EGC 🙋♀️ The contributors are all women so it meets both the engineering and the diversity challenge EB teams have 🌎 It's global, they have women engineers uploading from all over the globe so demonstrates the scale of EGC while appealing to a huge demographic ♻️ It's a series so it's 1 global project that generates the whole series and the serial content and branding make it way more likely to break through to their audiences 📣 It's being shared on both their brand channels and their employee channels. Employee channels are benefitting from Linkedin's new algorithm change and so this strategy is a must for EB teams looking to scale engagement Shout out to Andrew Paterson FCIPD, Kwame Asare, Rhys Byrne and the Employer Brand team making this all happen 🙌 #employeegeneratedcontent
