Time for a candidate shout out... And that shout out goes to Steven Cheshire😀 First of all, Steve has been super kind and given us at BTS some really valuable feedback about the 4 week R06 support sessions and two-day workshop that he attended as part of his exam prep - thank you so much Steve🙏 Second of all, because Steve really trusted in the BTS process and the funny thing is, it has totally paid off for him. I first started talking to Steve, this time last year when he enquired about exam support. He's nailed all of the exam sittings since then and has now crossed the final hurdle of R06 - and I have no doubt he has smashed it (roll on results day on 31st eh, celebrations incoming!). Steve worked his proverbial socks off during all of his studies and I was privileged to see this in action during the R06 support sessions and workshop that he attended. What was so key as part of his process though, was the fact he recognised how different and indeed tricky this exam can be, without the right approach. He chose to throw everything at his personal R06 exam experience and that doesn't mean that you should too but we can all learn a thing or two from Steve. - Find materials and support that work for you - When you do, trust in that process - Commit to the study - Listen to those in the know and not to those that aren't😂🤔 BTS has been supporting R06 since it was born...so we definitely know a thing or two about it, which means you absolutely can trust in our process. Work Experience changes are coming in 3 months (2/1/24)! Q: I would like to take all 3 sections (Route 1) of the NCIDQ Exam before the work experience requirements change. Would I be able to take the exams in spring 2024? A: If a candidate has an APPROVED application PRIOR to February 1, 2024, they will be able to test any time during their application eligibility period. Approved candidates do not need to be concerned with the work experience change unless they do not pass all 3 sections during their eligibility period; then they would need to reapply and meet the new work experience requirements. Yes. You have a fast solution to process data. But without data, these techniques mean nothing. Meanwhile, we can't search data without metadata. The biggest achievement we made recently was to do experiment with ChatGPT and the results showed that AI can't do what we are doing. Mirvac is the first and only company in Australia to be awarded the highest possible 5 Gold Star iCIRT rating, attesting to our construction quality and integrity. The star rating was introduced by NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler, whose appointment in 2019 came in the wake of high-profile construction failures which only highlighted the regulatory and quality shortcomings of a decade or more. Achieving five gold stars is no easy thing.  Assessment by the independent ratings agency Equifax is rigorous, requiring companies to prove their capability, capacity and ability to deliver a trustworthy building. So, when David Chandler says, “Mirvac has been executing properties that fit these criteria to the highest extent for over 50 years now, which is an incredible feat well deserving of the first five star nomination”, it says volumes about our culture and legacy. It’s by no means the only reform that David Chandler has introduced but from the perspective of consumers it is perhaps the most important. It means that purchasers can easily judge whether a developer or builder is competent and trustworthy, that the home upon which they are pinning their future hopes and dreams will stand up and stand the test of time, something that Mirvac has prided itself on for more than 50 years.
