I can't believe I have been at Konsileo for a year! What has the experience been like and what have I learnt? -Honestly and integrity will ALWAYS win -Being trusted to work alone and use the best markets is liberating -Clients appreciate the full access to markets too -I don't miss pointless meetings for the sake of it -Stick to what you are good at and know -Have confidence in your own ability! -You are never truly alone as you can speak to people/colleagues as often as you like -Getting into a routine that works for YOU is vital -I perform better without micromanagement -Choosing who you work with is fantastic and rewarding -You get out what you put in, like with most things in life ! -Drink plenty of coffee and take regular breaks -Love my work and life balance, I could never go back to a office/regular structure job. -I'm great at my job and always have been -I'm humble ;) -You have an entire company to support and help you if you want/need it Overall, I ENJOY my job, LOVE helping clients, enjoy building a book of business and learning I can't imagine working anywhere else.
