⁉️Interesting headline from CNN “AI is replacing human tasks faster than you think” 🤖Summary: Over half of large US firms plan to use AI within the next year to automate tasks previously done by employees, including financial reporting and creative tasks like crafting job posts and writing press releases. 🏢Companies are turning to AI to cut costs, boost profits, and make workers more productive, with nearly 60% of all companies having already leaned on AI to automate tasks employees previously did. 💰While AI adoption is expected to disrupt some jobs in the future, experts believe it will be more about job transformation and co-piloting with AI rather than mass job loss in the short run. https://lnkd.in/gSpv_UkX

Many employers are excited about using AI to save a massive amount of time on HR tasks. But #Insperity’s Mark Berry cautions those unfamiliar with AI’s downsides. He says AI has the “capability of generating written content with the appearance of accuracy; employers need to be aware AI does not necessarily reflect reality.” Leaders should use a multi-layered fact-checking system before using AI-generated information. #HRThatMakesADifference #ArtificialIntelligence #TechTrends #HumanResources https://lnkd.in/epSzP_2q

"AI won't replace recruiters. Recruiters using AI will replace those who don't." I couldn't have said it better myself. Embracing AI isn't about fear, it's about seizing opportunities. Ben Eubanks your point about competition is spot on. In today's rapidly evolving landscape, organizations that adopt and use AI effectively gain a significant edge. The comment about the early days of the internet - those who adapted thrived, is exactly where AI is headed. Today, there isn't a company out there that is thriving that doesn't have a web presence. There shouldn't be a company that isn't adopting AI to drive operational efficiency.
Don't be afraid of AI. Be afraid that your competition is getting better about AI usage than you, which is going to cost your company something if you don't act. By the way, this is the same dual sentiment that happened when the Internet first came into being. We see how that turned out! *Reporting in from the Learning and HR Tech Solutions Conference in Orlando today. #LHRCON
