As a high schooler in Australia, Travis Bazzana won a New South Wales championship in cricket—but he insisted on pursuing baseball. He got an offer to play at Oregon State, and set several records while being named Pac-12 Player of the Year. Now, Bazzana was just drafted No. 1 overall in the MLB Draft— becoming the first-ever Australian to go in the first round 🇦🇺
