What is attractive?? • Being self-decisive is attractive • taking stand for urself and ur people is attractive • being financially smart and emotionally stable is attractive • thinking out of the box is attractive • people taking risk are attractive • people having vision are attractive • people not settling for bare minimum and just survival are attractive • people thinking to win TOGETHER are attractive

Charles Chaplin said - "Persistence is the shortest path to success!". We should always exercise persistence while we try to succeed. Trying something new often requires courage and persistence of purpose. We fail when we stop trying. When we try and fail, we should not stay there longer, but rather get back up and try again. The key reason why most people don't succeed is because their efforts towards effecting the change were not made; or they gave up after unsuccessful attempts. TARGET ACHIEVEMENT is not SUCCESS We are all Human Beings. Let's show humanity, replicates in our work place, family, society and everywhere. Many leaders and co-workers used to show their power and attitude towards other subordinates. If you show empathy, and support your colleagues, he will never forget you, in your life. Earn people, not just earn Money or Success. Supporting each other, and growing together is SUCCESS MANTRA for any Organisation. All top Management can ensure this, and promote/recognise such activities in the branches. What is your opinion?
