Retailers, designers, and kind members of the public, donate clothes and money... however Smart Works also need support when it comes to mentoring, coaching and supporting women through the application process. Do you have even an hour a month where you could help someone on Teams or Zoom, maybe look at someone's CV with them or help them with interview practice, or give them an idea of what your career journey has been like? Do you live locally to one of their centres, could you do any of this in person, or help someone to find the perfect outfit that will get them the confidence to smash their interview out of the park?
