Click here to read, watch, or listen to Chad's story! https://lnkd.in/eX5H9C82 And when YOU are ready to join us in The Business Analyst Blueprint, you can join here: https://lnkd.in/ecYY26h (The financial investment is going up later in the year, so this is a great time to join us!)

Two months on from D-Day for Consumer Duty and it's time to take stock, look back at what we have learnt and look at changing processes and requirements moving forward. Having delivered an initial first round of communications testing, or perhaps a plan for that testing, most financial services businesses are now looking at Phase 2 and what that looks like. Savanta have been supporting a range of clients and are now looking at what ongoing compliance looks like in terms of 'business-as-usual' enabling clients, from retail banks to wealth managers, to build into their day-to-day the right processes. Whether that is as part of their wider #communications function, a new client on-boarding process or collaborating on best practice check lists, planning is the key. In this report Steven Brown reflects on Savanta's work to date and looks forward to what those next steps might look like. In your role as a Business Analyst, you're no stranger to juggling multiple tasks and priorities. But have you reached a point where that daily grind leaves you feeling mentally scattered rather than focused? If so, it may be time to rethink how you're spending your energy. Are you devoting too much to surface-level duties that fail to engage your real ability? Re-prioritising your efforts towards deeper work that taps into your strategic abilities could be a game-changer.
