Health is sometimes taken for granted, but it’s central to how we feel, how we think, how we work, how we live. So what could World Health Day mean this weekend? It could be doing something active, or just having a rest. It could be eating a healthy dinner, or avoiding a chocolate-fest. It could be getting out into nature, or enjoying social time and fun.
