If there’s anything this experience at Lattice is teaching me, it’s this — you can’t take being around great people for granted. What does it look like to be around great people though? For me, it’s looked like meeting folks like Sarah Holland who proactively reached out to me to ask how her team on the post sales side could help my team. It’s looked like offering up a dissenting opinion in a cross functional meeting and in that, creating a clear path forward on a solution everyone could get behind. It’s also looked like getting jazzed up by an inspiring and super relatable CEO share a vision I can’t help but get behind. Also Hi Sarah Franklin, you don’t know me yet but I’m a stoked Lattician! 🔥 TLDR … the people make all the difference in the world. So glad I chose wisely this time around! 💕
and we are so glad to have you! i look forward to getting to know you and proud to have you as a lattician.
💯 'None of us is as smart as all of us'
Sounds like you found a great home!
I just read another post by Tim Davidson 🍍 on how a marketer named Sarah was super helpful. I am starting to re-think my connection strategy on LinkedIn now. I think this post along with Tim's validates that my circle should consist on 90% Sarah's. PS. Love to see that your journey at Lattice has been great so far. I am enjoying my time following it!
You live, you learn. I’m so so happy for you, GB. No one deserves it more. 🖤✨
That TLDR is really the whole truth and nothing but the truth. So glad to see you surrounded by amazing people!!
It was definitely a highlight of my week getting to jam with you. You're magic and we're lucky to have you here, GB!
Yay, Gabrielle “GB” Blackwell!!!

1moCould I possibly ask you more about this? I stumbled across a dev post by this org about a week or two ago myself, and a stumble across *this* has me digging that post back up...
