Less than half of fintech banks let consumers make P2P payments A survey of US consumers has revealed that P2P transfers are priority service that consumers expect from fintech providers, indicating better service alignment. Fintechs are striving to adapt their services to meet customer needs. 47% enable sending P2P payments and 41% permit receiving them. However, fintech issuers have reduced their services, such as financial consultancy, which decreased from 48% in Q3 2022 to 41% in Q2 2023.
