If you haven’t read the book, you really should. The company that started Silicon Valley in 1939 still espouses the virtues of the HP Way. Enshrined in the HP Way are Bill's and Dave's belief that "companies should stand for something more than products and profits, and ought to be a force for good in people's lives and throughout the world." Every step of my onboarding is reaffirming this. The culture of continuous innovation is palpable. We are tackling big societal topics – from responsible AI to sustainability – with our expanding suite of technology. When our CEO asked me during the interview, “How would you help us investigate white space opportunities as a company?” – it was clear that this is a company that will not rest on its laurels. For me, this is an opportunity not just to stand on the shoulders of giants, but a privilege to pay it forward for future generations. As we say at HP: One thoughtful idea has the power to change the world! #HPWay #innovation #AI #hybrid #sustainability Savi Baveja Kristen Ludgate Enrique Lores

Congrats Ganesha. HP was indeed in less than a handful of players that got it all started. History echos in those hallways. Make us proud!
