🏆 Congratulations to the three teams winning the 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲, successfully bidding for funds to advance their translational research proposals. The winning teams, EpiSync, ApySense, and RecoverEase (in no particular order), were awarded for developing sufficiently novel research proposals that address real-life healthcare translational challenges. Participants from each team demonstrated a combination of unique knowledge, skills, experiences, and interdisciplinary teamwork. The ACCELERATE Innovation Team Challenge is initiated by the UCL Therapeutic Innovation Networks (TINs), aiming to encourage interdisciplinary collaborations and help UCL biomedical research communities upskill in translational research.
