Just reading some of the negative comments..about England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 what is wrong with people? So what if we're not playing brilliantly. We haven't, as yet, lost a game and it's a brillant tournament to still be in, what would you rather be a Scottish fan home before your postcards or Irish and sitting home wishing your country was there? Stop bloody moaning and get behind the team. Good luck to England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and as is our motto at Millwall - Fear No Foe!

Just sometimes, to win a trophy, besides having talent, you also need a huge slice of luck. And England and Southgate got that tonight! Surely, with the talent that we have in our squad, we can only improve?

Pundits are paid to give an honest and objective view on Englands performances and yet the current squad feel they are being disloyal…. The squad should be given this clip to view to demonstrate their passion and support for their national team. It’s not personal it’s business… grow up and grow a pair and start to play with confidence and the same passion.

Hope press don’t let the players and Southgate off the hook though! They need to be given a hard time after that pathetic performance! Lack of ideas, no structure, lack of energy and lack of management! Had 2 years to prepare and Southgate still has no clue who his best team is and how we should be playing!

I totally get the poor performance thing and all the critics, but we are winning playing badly (with moments of brilliant football). JB after a superb equaliser looked distressed at full time 90 mins - and it simply shouldn’t be that way. I would say beware anyone taking england for granted, because there is an outstanding performance in the locker. We should all get behind the lads, the support team and the manager. Let them know we have their backs - after all, we would do that in business, wouldn’t we ?

I feel compelled to set out my concerns about how crushing and damaging the media public opinion can be of our sports personnel. It's particularly the case for the England football team but not specific to them. I listened to the ITV match commentators severely criticise the players and the manager for 95 mins until they turned the game around. Gary and his colleagues were fair in their match thoughts but let's face it, the team have been absorbing pelters since the tournament began. Whether they are playing well or not, let's give credit to the teams they are playing - it's not England's right to win and assume the opposition is merely an obstacle to brush aside. Gareth Southgate has been more successful than his predecessors and with a touch of fortune could be England's best manager of all time. The cruel media may at some point have to be held accountable for tragic events if individual players and managers are so terribly affected by the hate and OTT personal level criticism. Shame on them if that ever happens. All of the current TV pundits (former players) have fallen well short in terms of the achievements of Gareth and his team so get off their backs. They are in another quarter final and may yet win!

I’ve been watching England since Gazza cried which I think was 1990! I think it gets harder every year! But they did it and we’ll fight on! And now my boys can watch England play whilst we’re back home in the UK for the Summer! Let’s see how far they go! 🤞

Listen, the FA might not thank me but get the contract out, put it on the table. Let him sign it. Let him write whatever numbers he wants to put on there, given what he's done since he's come in. Southgate is at the wheel, man. He's doing it. He's doing his thing. ENGLAND are BACK 😉
