When employees are happy—when they feel valued, respected, and supported—they are more likely to be engaged, creative, and loyal to the company. Building a culture of happiness requires a consistent commitment to empathy, fairness, and proactive communication. Leaders must actively engage in practices that ensure their teams are not only productive but also genuinely content with their work and workplace. This is great, Gary! When respected and treated with kindness, the place of work makes it a happier place. An act of kindness and peace can often lead to happier employees and absolutely a happier place at work! Kindness will boost confidence and the best feeling of being in control, and being happy is positivity!
You will have happy employees when they Have meaningful work and a good work-life-integration Gary Travis
I heard this along time ago from a wise businessman man, billionaire, who spoke straight up and from the heart. Employees are the driving force of any company, he went on to say, each night 95% of your profit goes home. Treat them as family, do whatever it takes to keep them part of the family (TEAM) 👏🏾👏🏾 #inspired #empowered When they know “YOU” care, they will do their part, knowing they are part of the family!! 👍🏾 Balance, team outings, barbecues, listening to their ideas, collaboration, respect and love 💗 🌟If not, they will see an opportunity and move towards what is respected of their talent! Like a Diamond 💎 treat it well!! Kimberlite Enterprises
Employee happiness and well-being play a crucial role in organizational success. Happy employees are more engaged. When people feel valued and appreciated, they invest more effort in their work. Engaged employees are passionate about their roles, actively contribute, and strive for excellence. Organizations with high employee engagement tend to have lower turnover rates, increased productivity, and better customer satisfaction, organizations that prioritize employee happiness reap the benefits of engaged, creative, and loyal teams. It’s a win-win situation for both employees and the company.
Employees need to be trained on how to be happy themselves. When they know how to be independently happy then they are naturally productive, resilient, work with purpose and stand up for ourselves without playing victim. If you can implement programs where employees can learn various methods of meditation to control stress, control their emotions and thought programs and how to reprogram their own inner wisdom on how to build their emotional muscle and compassion for others, know themselves more intimately and love themselves, then the environment they all work in will be less stressful, more enjoyable, more productive and reduce turnover. The general population will have better mental and physcial health. Training employees not only improves company culture and productivity, but it improves the world we live in! 😉
But this can't be the goal because chasing other people's happiness is not healthy. What in you opinion should we be focused on so that their happiness can be a probably result?
Absolutely! Treating people well fosters a culture of respect and motivation, ensuring that your team members are not only satisfied but also inspired to give their best effort.
Leaders must take the time to learn what makes each member happy - not everyones happiness looks the same. Its on the leader to spend the energy to figure this out
Absolutely Gary a supportive environment can truly transform a team! 🌟
