Meet one of the Experts, Jay Bandy! Jay has extensive experience in the QSR industry, having grown the BLIMPLIE chain from 100 to 200 units. Jay also worked with the McDonalds Corporation in a regional leadership position and integrated McCafé into 650 restaurants in the southeast. He is a past board member of the GRA, a member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International, and has previously served as an officer for the IFSEA (International Food Service Executives Association) in Atlanta. Jay currently serves as the President of Goliath Consulting Group, owns Goliath Restaurant Management, and is COO of Big Table Restaurants. Jay is also a published author – his book, “Key to Being a Successful Restaurant Leader,” is a guide for restaurant managers and new restaurateurs.
