Reusing passwords is bad - but did you know it's not much better to "recycle" them by just adding some new characters on the end or slightly changing it? All that data gets used in password cracking techniques and your old compromised passwords can be used to speed up the time it takes to crack your new ones. The best way to avoid this is to use totally randomly generated passwords via a password manager tool or, if you aren't using one, at least create more complex pass-phrases with special characters and long lengths that are truly unique for that particular website/system. And, because there's no silver bullet to where a password or MFA will stop all attacks, get protection like defend-id for you and your employees to be able to feel safer at home from ID theft.
