I will be joining you at the Responsible Distribution Workshop and specifically I will be talking about Code 7 of Responsible Distribution, which is when you have to talk to the media, their employees and other key stakeholders. New content this year in the past at, you know the regional meetings as well as ChemEdge. Last year I talked about the higher points, having a vulnerability assessment, writing the crisis communications plan, getting news releases out fast by using something like SituationHub, doing your interviews, your media interviews correctly by using SituationHub and then also doing crisis communications drills. So this year we're going to drill deep into the first few minutes that a crisis or a situation is emerging, because you need to, before the crisis, assign roles and responsibilities to different team members. Too often, if you don't have the proper plan, too many people trying to manage the crisis, too many people head to the Flashpoint. What should your team members be doing? Who goes to the point of impact, or to the Flashpoint, or to the situation crisis that's emerging? Who does other responsibilities, including your Code 7 responsibility to communicate with the media and with your employees and with your other key stakeholders. So a deep dive into just that portion of Code 7. I also want to make sure that you know you have private time with me if you want it.
