Melissa Bradford you have done such an amazing job of managing this program, the use of technology has opened up so many pathways for people looking to get into these careers, people from all cohorts, this opportunity is being accessed by all. Almost 100 employment outcomes in such a short time frame is amazing. To everyone know we are currently exploring how we can adapt this program so it can be delivered in other states and at the same time we are looking at what the next project will be for Queensland as the use of Virtual Reality has been a game changer, if you are interested in hearing more please message me. Vision? #12 What is our vision? Personal? Shared? Hidden? Whatever it is, we all ask ourselves questions. Can we achieve it? Can we live it? Can we enjoy it? Life is so unpredictable, yet we all live it. So what is your vision? Is it personal, shared, special or just a dream? Writing part of a book with over 20 other souls about how each of us got here today through experiences is part of each of our personal visions. None of us truly know what our vision is but more what we each aspire to achieve in our short spell on planet Earth. Most of us will leave a legacy to those nearest and dearest to us. Some will touch more people. A microscopic minority will impact millions. The vision is our aspiration. The fact is we don’t know if we’ll ever reach our end goal, other than meeting our maker (whoever that is for every one of us). Whatever our vision is, SHARE IT, don’t hide it. Otherwise, how can others learn from your vision? Vision = Legacy In our ever more frantic and connected world, just step back, and consider what your vision is. I’ll wager it changes more often than you think as we all get older. So perhaps vision is fluidity. That never ending search for something whether that is fulfilment or something simpler. Whatever your vision is, don’t waste time trying too hard to find it and / or deliver it, but enjoy the journey.
