We are pleased to congratulate Jenn Bejin, Sr. Manager, Vendor Partnerships, Supplier Diversity & Strategy, and Charles Potter Jr., Associate Manager, Merchandising Business Development, for graduating from The Advanced Leadership Institute's (TALI) Emerging Leaders Program. The Emerging Leaders Program is tailored for Black professionals which helps prepare rising leaders aiming for higher management roles. This 12-session program, presented by The Advanced Leadership Institute in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University and other local universities, hones essential leadership skills. Participants learn to executive presence, managerial effectiveness, organizational culture, negotiation strategy, mentorship, feedback, and team building, addressing specific challenges and potential roadblocks faced by Black leaders.
