Today, I feel sick. Today, we say goodbye to one of our own. Someone who, for over 5 years, has grown immeasurably and flown the flag for ...Gasp!, and specifically 'proper marketing', in a way that I wish every marketer could. From being my right-hand Welshy/person on Call to Action® (and making it what it is), to gripping so much creatively memorable and boringly effective work for our clients, to getting your head stuck in a bin. Disney, skateboards, frisbee, cold-water swims, pubcasts, the Undertaker. It's been a blast. And impossible to put into words. Thank you. They say you can work out the height, breadth and depth of how much a person is admired by counting their nicknames. So ta-ta for now, and here's to you Beth, Baff, Boeuf, or whatever your name is x ❤️ ps. The *only* solace is knowing Beth is going to work for, and with, some of our favourite people. Who are among the best in the business. Which is where she belongs. I won't steal her (or their) thunder on that one, so stay tuned.

Best wishes on your next exciting chapter, Beth! On a related note, it's important to point out that, in direct contrast to LinkedIn and Twitter banter about how "the company you work for doesn't care about you," sometimes company owners and managers care quite deeply about the lives and success of the people who we work with. That also means celebrating when you move on in your journey. Even if it hurts.

Thanks for all of it Giles 🖤 It's been epic. Especially Call to Action®. I couldn't have asked for a better place to cut my teeth (and grow my rat tail) in proper marketing, podcasting, and everything that goes along with small, gobby agency life. Hope you don't have too much trouble deciding what to have for lunch without me 😉
