To all the young histopathologists out there..... The universe is not bound by age, site and gender. Your imagination is not bound by these checkpoints either. Nature does not follow your rules and has been doing her own thing forever. Then why do you assume that tumours will play by your rules and do you a favour? The moral here is to keep an open mind and never say never.. Be it histiocytic sarcoma oesophagus or INI1 deficient rhabdoid sarcoma gall bladder, Be it FDC sarcoma colon or gastric yolk sac tumour, Morphology remains sacrosanct and IHC provides evidence, Impossible as it may seem, there is always something new to learn everyday and wonder.
