Job Description :-
The executive shall be responsible for the sales activity for the electrical items required for Substation like LT/HT
#Motors,
#Transformers,
#High &#Medium
#Voltage
#Switchgears,
#LT
#Switchgears,
#CT,
#PT,
#Lightening#Arrestors,
#Capacitors etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
1) Generation of Enquiries from Contractors & Industries.
2) Bringing Orders from End clients & execute the same
3) Reporting of Enquiries, Orders, Outstanding Payments etc via respective office formats.
4) Visits to Utilities, Govt, offices, Consultants & Contractors for enquiry generation/branding activities.
5) Preparation & Submission of tenders/ e-tenders.
6) Should be responsible of Office work i.e. to prepare, maintain & continuous adaption of Data Lists like Enquiry Bank, Order List, Execution sheet, Must Win, Customer List etc.
7) Check & File all Monthly Invoicing in Invoice File, Expense Bills In Expense File, Employee Conveyance Bills, Travel & Outstation Bills in Employee Files.
8) Presentations in PPT to show Monthly Sales, Product-wise Enquiry Bank, Product Wise Enquiry to Order Conversion Ratio, Quarter-wise Target Vs Achievement YTD, MUST WIN Analysis, Enquiry-wise Analysis & Action Plan on how to increase the probability of Order Winning etc.
9) Analyzing Market segment & Execute for Make Approvals in Govt departments.
10) Travelling to various parts of MP such as Jabalpur, Gwalior, Satna & Rewa for enquiry generations & project execution related activities.
11) Travel Locally in Industries & Govt departments for Business opportunities.
#Managerial
#Competency :-
1) Must know how to handle the team & take the entire team to success.
2) Execute Monthly Review with Back End & Front Sales Team & understand the Progress of Order booking, Order execution & Individual Challenges & Association Challenges between the departments.
3) Prepare Monthly Formats & make it followed up by the Team.
4) Understand team member challenges & help to improve individual’s performance
5) Monthly Review with the Owner to understand the Present Business, Upcoming Enquiries, Quarter-wise & Annual Prospects, Estimate Quarterly Results against Targets, Region-wise Sales Performance reports, Segment-wise Performance Reports & Growth Parameters

#Behavioral_Competency :-
1) Proficient in Hindi and English.
2) good presentation skills. Excel & PowerPoint
3) good in written/E-mail communication.
Experience: -
1) 5 years in Sales & Marketing
Preference: - Experience of Sales is required in Transformers/ MV/HV Switchgears & have knowledge of Excel for PowerPoint.
