Alright, so this morning we're celebrating one local company that has hit a decade of improving assets and enhancing lives. We're talking about global construction. They offer general contracting solutions. And in today's sponsored segment, we're joined by the CEO and owner and owner, Dennis Cobalt. Dennis is great to meet you. Thanks for coming in here today. It's great to be here. Thanks for having me. Yeah. You know, you guys have been in business now for almost 10 years. It's coming up fast. The times flying. Ohh. Yeah. Just seems like we just started the company and here we are 10 years later. Isn't that amazing? So give me an idea, just what do you guys do? What do you, what's your background? Yeah. So we specialize in occupied spaces and commercial ground up construction, specifically within multifamily, senior care, hospitality and student housing. What type of people would call you for service? Typically it would be developers that would be property management companies, ownership groups. I mean, we work with large operators like, you know, Gray Stars. We work with religion groups, Brookdale and those sort of operators. What's your background, Dennis? Well, it's a I'll try to sum this up as as quick as I can. So I was born and raised in Ukraine. About my accounting degree in Ukraine, then I moved to United States about 2003. So at that time I was trying to get a job and you know by specialty and accounting I couldn't ever say I didn't speak English. So the first job was able to get was in construction and it was humbled very quick because I had to start with sweeping floors. It was it was a labor. So I had to start from the very bottom sweeping floors, learning tools, hand tools, pickup all this stuff learn how to utilize. Different equipment and I worked my way through the trades. Learn my first trade which was 10 work and plumbing. Thanks to my dad who is a master plumber here in Colorado for the past 20 years. Then I got a chance to. Work in a general contracting world, start working on hospitality projects, hotels, lot interior work ground up as well. And then I got my construction management degree at that point. So I was after I graduated I got, you know plenty of management experience. So went from field personnel all the way to project management got my degree it was offered a job and go consult to Africa for. One of the engineering firms out of London. Went to Africa, we build fairly substantial site out there. It was a resettlement site which included 245 homes, church, high school infrastructure. Got back to United States, work in alcohol, so a lot of a lot of geotech work, a lot of soil structures, concrete. So you've got a lot of experience in doing this from start to finish. You got a few years. Yeah. So give me an idea. You guys also contribute to the community, right? I mean, in a couple of different ways. Absolutely. Yeah. We're very proud to work with organizations like Volunteers of America, different charities. You know, it's, it's very important aspect to us we create different challenges within. Our company as well as an example, would be like pennies for pushups. What we do, we get our team together, we promote the healthy lifestyle. We do pushups together. It's crazy, a little fun thing we do. And then we donate every penny to organizations that help kids in need. They educate them on construction processes and hopefully hoping at some point they will address the shortage of, of the labor within the construction. So also we, you know, we're proud to support our first responders. So we donate hundreds of meals to police officers and medical staff. I think that's wonderful, Dennis. Thanks to you.
