Candidate:
"I nak travel luar negara on the exact same date dengan kawan I.
Kitorang daripada zaman belajar lagi always together. So, we are planning to work abroad together (at the same hospital)."
Recruiter:
In this scenario, yes, you can apply together with your friend/s to the same hospital/ attending the same delegation interview.
But, bear in mind, the process/documentation/resignation notice period for each applicants are different. Your friend/s might not received job offer from the same hospital due to the way they have answered/performed during interview session with client (face-to-face/online).
Or in other cases, your friend/s might have some documentation issues that are causing slight delay in their mobilization process to work abroad.
The keys are:-
1) always be prepared for any circumstances
2) do more research & ask questions about documentation + licensing/work permit + process involved to work abroad
3) be open to communicate with recruiter on issues that might cause delay in your mobilization process
4) be prepared (mentally/physically/emotionally/financially) if you are required to travel alone. You recruiter is always available to guide & brief you before/during/upon reaching onsite (don't worry)
Also applied to the Advocacy and Policy Coordinator vacancy. Would love to discuss the opportunity further.
