It is so shameful for a company like ReSound that they can not solve a query of a machine. I have been visiting you thrice a month for the last one and half years to your service centers but not a single man is ready to take the responsibility to address the issue. Your service center says the machine is not working properly after several replacements. My mother has got so irritated with your machine and it's sounds that she cried in front of me. I am a working professional who lives out of the city and my mother is visiting regularly to your service centers. It's been a trauma for her. i regret to buy a brand who is not taking a single step towards to solve the problem of a single machine. I request you Sunil Vinzanekar Abhishek Jaju Sanjay Goswami to initiated a refund on immediate effect otherwise i don't have solution rather then go to the consumer court and i will post on every social media platform.
