But the Samford vs. Kansas game? It was a heartbreaker, especially since my son’s future lies with Samford. They lost by a hair - either by one point or three, amid controversy over a final foul. 😢🙌 This moment, so intense and emotional, mirrors our journey in business and life. It’s easy to blame a single setback for our troubles, much like that final, disputed foul. A modern day story about how tribes are built. Andy Hill and I were brought together becuase of work but became fast friends. We now share parenting and fitness journeys, dolphins agony, and a genuine care for each other. Jonathan Ahrens, CPA, CIA went to high school with Andy, and found me because Andy and I hosted a show together for a while. Now Jonathan is in our fantasy football league, a member of our professional development community, and is a must see whenever our locations sync. Jake Nudelberg is my brother, works with me, plays tennis and trains with Andy weekly, helps Jonathan grow through our On the Ball community, and keeps our fantasy football league spicy. Our values of work ethic, competition, and authenticity, are what tie us together, but we come from very different places with very different stories. Tribes look different than they used to, but their fabric remains the same. One of my favorite memories is attending a Charleston RiverDogs baseball game with co-workers and their kids 7 years ago, where we attempted the world's largest silly string fight! It was amazing, even though my clothes were ruined—haha! The best part? No work talk, no gossip, no deadlines, just pure FUN. 🏆 LEAGUE WINNERS 🏆 Our 28-20 victory in the final game secured Team “Clueless” as the Netball League champions! From last place in our first season (🫣) to the top spot in our fourth, our journey reflects growth and teamwork. #startedfromthebottom 🌟 Team bonding played a key role in our success, helping us understand each other's strengths and weaknesses on and off the court and allowing for better collaboration. Respect both on and off the court was fundamental. 💪 Resilience was our backbone. Despite initial failure, we bounced back, showing up and giving our best every week. 🎉 Celebrating wins was a must! Socials, positive vibes in the group chat, and "most fun player" nominations kept the motivation high. Remembering why we started was crucial! 🤝 These lessons transcend sports. Whether in careers, relationships, or personal goals, grit and determination can lead to success. 😂 PS: inheriting an awesome Goal Shooter half way through our journey didn't hurt either! 😂😂😂 #stillclueless
