Risk and Anti Money Laundering (AML) controls generate a significant back-office workload. From investigating online the legitimacy of a business to reviewing corporate documents and sitting through thousands of false positive alerts from AML systems, most of the work still involves human analysts running repetitive tasks rather than doing real investigative work that requires their expertise. Founders Edoardo Maschio and Ahmed Gaber teamed up to develop AI assistants designed to take on the heavy lifting for these teams by automating routine tasks, slashing cost-to-comply, and enhancing risk detection.
