Get your house in order. Early. And by house I mean data house, or data warehouse to be more exact. Early stage start ups need to be scrappy, one of the things I love most about working with them. But something that is almost always overlooked early on is setting up the data infrastructure. If you don’t do it now I promise it’ll cost you much more time, money and frustration later on down the line. If you focus on it early on, you’ll: - Have a clear picture of your funnel from the beginning - Identify quick wins - Know your customer - Be able to scale confidently - Take advantage of momentum - Be able to communicate and understand what works and what doesn’t - Know where to focus your team’s efforts to grow Rant over, happy data structuring everyone! 📈
