To continue the construction industry challenges regarding locating and hiring workers using traditional job boards. Unlike many other industries, construction and skilled trade careers require specific skills and experience, including but not limited to knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and experience working with tools and equipment. Traditional job boards do not provide the necessary filters and categories to match job seekers with the required skills and experience accurately. In addition, skilled workers are in high demand, making it difficult for companies to compete with others on job boards.
