When we discovered this site by the Ruby Hill bike park in #Denver, the whole team was pretty excited. We could envision bikes and stable housing as a magical combination for kids and adults alike. To stumble across this happening as our community form rises is surreal. Excited for the days when families living in our affordable housing community get to roll across the street for this fun. Gorman doesn't care about how they affect people who live near projects. very very bad experience. Everything sounds magical then you find out it's just fairy dust.

These photos are so epic. Once you finish construction it would be cool to come back and take photos from the same spot. Print them up and frame them side by side in the common area.

Wow! It’s come so far. I’m so disappointed I wasn’t able to be a part of this exciting build!

We could see Ruby Vista from Ruby Hill as we watched the fireworks. The sledding is also fun in the winter. Such a cool area!
