1moWhat wonderful memories I have of the (then) Hyatt Regency Singapore when I was a management trainee there just starting out my hotel management career in the mid-70's....Bernd Chorengel GM, Helmut Herfurth then Andre Pury as Resident Manager, Rene Wurgler as F&B Manager, Harro Preuss Exec Chef who would have made Liberace blush, Laurence Lau as FO Manager, Hillary Peralta as Sales&Marketing Manager - they all taught me so much about world-class hotel business - forever grateful....
