My advice to young professionals: don’t have a grand plan.    That might sound surprising, but if you’re laser focused on reaching a specific destination, you might miss out on unexpected opportunities that come your way. Let’s celebrate International Women’s Day. This year’s themes: “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress” and "Inspire Inclusion.” Fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture has been core to TEKsystems for years, and we remain steadfast in creating opportunity for women both within our organization and within the organizations we serve.
