Some quick behind-the-scene notes on how we brought this Consumer Duty solution to market. The CRM team, and in particular Ellie Brown made it clear that this was important to an existing flagship client in the UK. From there the executive team as a whole identified this as an opportunity to provide more value to our clients already using Door for ongoing due diligence. The Product team then worked with the eecutive team to explore the business model for the solution differed from that existing due diligence model, and capture requirements for how to allow those models to co-exist. This is where past design decisions paid off. Previous platform innovations like OptiStandard and Promotional Access allowed the Product team to chart a quick path to success for the initial use cases. Then Engineering rapidly delivered on new features to cover the remaining use cases. Door went from a conceptual approach to Consumer Duty in November of one year to a working solution that covered all the needed use cases in June of the next.
