Signed an Economic Development Statement of Intent today with Taiwan Minister of Economic Affairs Jyh-Huei Kuo. This agreement will further boost investment, expand trade, spur job creation, and increase innovation in critical industries between Texas and Taiwan. As the leading state for advanced manufacturing and the #1 state for semiconductors, Texas continues to attract businesses from across the globe to invest in our great state.
Great deal
Fantastic. We thank you Governor Gregg Abbitt.
Critical to Note: This Is Taiwan! NOT China.
Great news! But Governor Greg Abbott you need to create a law that no foreign person or government can purchase our precious Texas property. They can lease but not purchase. God Bless Texas
Amazing! Now it’s time to compare our infrastructure with Taiwan and think about in-state improvements. We see some serious lessons learned after hurricanes and storms. Power grid, roads, bridges, public transportation system should be the focus area. People who travel abroad know what I’m referring to. We need to pay attention and invest in Texas promptly!
Congratulations Governor Abbott, the Texas Economic Devevelopment Corporation and Texans!
Abbott should worry more about TX and our electric grid, that has famously failed twice under his watch due to lack of attention and/or funding, than courting Taiwan interests.
This is awesome!! #Texas #leadership
