I loved this clip from Simon Sinek's podcast this morning, it prompted me to create the video below. I urge you to give it a play and think what problems or negativity do you have in your life at present..look what can emerge. The reason why this resonated so much with me today, is that I am currently engaged in some learning with Shirzad Chamine and his concept of Positive Intelligence. Part of this learning is the introduction of an understanding of how we face problems, challenges and negativity. This forms a new acronym, much different to the 'KPI's I am familiar with from the world of work. 🧠 'K'nowledge - Be curious and gain understanding 💪 'P'ower - The positive strengths we hold and can draw on to tackle the problem 💪 'I'nspire - Create an inspiring action from the negative situation As can be seen from the end result on the video, the above 3 points are exactly what Thomas and the team Heatherwick studio utilised when provided the brief, following the negative event at the Olympics in Sydney.
