In light of recent criticisms surrounding the VRMA, similar to David Jacoby latest post, I feel compelled to share my perspective and positive experiences I’ve experienced.
Personally and professionally, the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) has served as a significant catalyst for my business growth. Beyond the face-to-face interactions with property managers and vendors, the networking opportunities have been invaluable. While immediate ROI may not always be apparent in strict monetary terms, the long-term benefits of visibility and connections are immeasurable.
Without the VRMA's efforts in organizing these events, the rapid scaling of my business would not have been feasible. Despite the emergence of other industry events, the VRMA remains a cornerstone, consistently delivering value to its attendees and our industry.
I'm optimistic that the ongoing changes and pivots they're implementing will prove beneficial for everyone involved. I vividly recall attending my first VRMA event at the end of 2021, uncertain of what to expect, especially considering it was the first event post-COVID.
Last year, my company proudly served as a bronze sponsor, and I'm thrilled that this year's event will take place in our hometown of Phoenix. We're eager to welcome all attendees and anticipate further growth and collaboration ahead!
