Getting to talk to people from all walks of life and helping to align them with the right position for their growing career. 🩺 What did you do before Get Beyond? I was a Program Manager and Recruiter in the healthcare industry. 💡 What’s something new you’ve learned in your role recently? The role must be a fit for both parties, the candidate and the company. There is no benefit if it doesn’t work for both, and having the ability to be honest and transparent will go a long way. ⏳ What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Take the time to slow down and enjoy the little things. Having a daughter now, I realize how important time is and how you must enjoy every second because it goes by so fast.  🔮 What would you do with your 15 minutes of fame?  Something that could help the world in general, to make it a better place for our children’s future. 🇦🇺 If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would you choose and why?  Australia. We are big outdoors people, and I’ve always wanted to experience so many things that Australia has to offer. 🦃 What is your favorite Thanksgiving side?  Cranberry sauce, I love having a little taste of it on everything.

Dan joined the Farosian team just over five years ago and quickly became a key pillar within our company after showcasing his skills and unwavering tenacity in sales and business development. Dan is part of Farosian’s furniture and has played a vital role in building our company from the ground up, learning a lot about business and himself along the way. When Dan is not hard at work, you can find him running on the beach with his dogs (otherwise known as his children) or cheering on his favourite football teams, which, judging by his weekly updates in our team meetings, don’t seem to be doing so well. ⚽️ Fun fact about Dan: he is a dad-joke connoisseur.
