This response is slightly Rambly... New York is struggling and blooming at different rates of speed. Some people are able to re-train and enter the job market allowing them to focus on one or some of the listed titles, But most people are playing catch up due to housing being so expensive, societal stress issues, COVID ... and it's residual ongoing concerns...and lack of inclusion when it comes to hiring practices. That being said, the list is based on all the Tech, Innovations, which if we are honest, again would leave some "candidates" lacking. I could Say "AI Engineers" tops the list since we can see it's effect simply by turning on our computers, listening to automated voice mails.

I'm beginning to see tremendous demand for executives who have the vision, courage, and leadership to use AI capabilities to transform businesses. This is in alignment with the need for AI Engineers. Those with the ability to drive significant growth in a business are in high demand. This can be sales, strategy, digital, or marketing individuals. There are so many companies that have committed to high growth, in a rapidly changing world and those objectives are often more difficult to achieve as the competitive framework changes.

Really interesting mix of jobs making up this list of fastest growing in NYC. Dispensary Technician is perhaps obvious with the change in legislation. I anticipate even more growth in this area and related businesses. A few other themes.. AI of course makes an appearance. Healthcare Recruiter and Chief Growth Officer both back up ADP Research Institute data points showing that companies are still struggling to find and keep talent. Also, breadth of job type and industry with marketing and clinical sales taking two spots. This includes job titles like Cybersecurity Specialists and Data Privacy Officers. Also included are the IT support specialists, digital collaboration experts, & remote team managers, reflecting the changing nature of how & where we work.
