The WORLD is changing rapidly, and old ways of leading are not going to take us where we need to go, especially due to ESG criteria.… …therefore, we need to change our MINDSET because it's very hard to fulfill all ESG requirements if we aim only to meet the minimum standard and do not consider ETHICAL aspects throughout the supply chain.   SUSTAINABLE procurement strives to have the most positive ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, and ECONOMIC impacts possible across the entire life cycle and minimizes adverse impacts.   SUSTAINABILITY must also be reflected in our suppliers and third parties to address environmental, social, and economic impacts throughout the supply chain and prioritize sourcing goods and services based not only on cost and quality but also on their alignment with the company's VALUES and SOCIETAL impact.    👉 These were the conclusions of my session, "Aligning Values: The Path to Purpose-Driven Procurement," at the Nabavna konferenca / Regional Procurement Conference 2024: Smart Procurement for Sustainable Progress. #compliance #esg #values #procurement #sustainbility #sustainableprocurement #ethics
