Aircraft flight simulators need to be realistic. The cost of a simulated flight is a fraction of an actual flight. Inside each ejector seat are five GSX20 electric actuators. These actuators simulate both heave and roll as well as two increasing strap tension on the shoulders to simulate positive and negative forces. The F-15 vs the SU-27, a discussion amongst aviation fans and flight sim gamers since both of their inceptions during the 70s. Supersonic aircraft featuring a twin-tail and double jet engine design and amidst the cold war the 2 aircraft models are effectively rivals in their similar function, both are also popular export models with for example the chinese PLA airforce employing chinese variants of the su-27 commonly referred to as the j-11. There is however a difference between the 2 aircraft that is expected to make siginificant impact in the supersonic region. This would be the underside of the aircraft. The su-27 features what is known as ram-lift in the underside of the fuselage. It's function is to impede vortex production during supersonic flight and theoretically having increased lift-to-drag ratio during supersonic flight allowing for high speeds and high-speed maneuverability as there is less angle of attack needed. The f-15 on the other hand does not have this feature. Does this aerodynamic feature have an actual effect on aerodynamic performence? Pre-flight checklist is a mandatory tool. We have included a digital checklist in #ArtOsGCS to make sure that the user made all the necessary checks and sign it before starting the mission. Here is an example, where during one of our tests we have forgot to arm the aircraft. Therefore the engine didn't start on the launch. But thanks to the platforms efficient design the aircraft was able to glide on its initial speed for a reasonable amount of time and distance.
