When the seasons change, our bodies and their needs change, too. Maybe you’ve noticed it’s harder to get going in the morning or you have less energy throughout the day. Perhaps you’re hungry for warmer, heartier foods. You might lack the motivation (or the right weather) to go for that run or bike ride or swim. That’s all normal and natural. It’s important to embrace – rather than fight – the changes each season brings around and within us. That doesn’t mean you should wrap yourself in a blanket and sit on the couch eating cookies until spring comes, though! If you’d like to discuss how to feel great in any season, get in touch.
