35 Years of Screen Printing, DTG Printing, Spot Color Separation, and Design Wizardry | Helping Clothing Brands Get the Absolute Best Output in Their Screen Printing | 🥇Award-Winning T-Shirt Designer

On October 30, 2013, I received five T-shirts from Decent Printing in Narayanganj for color separation. These T-shirts came without any paper artwork, making it a challenging task at that time. This was because achieving high-quality color separation from a scanned image of a printed picture is quite difficult, as prints are typically of very poor quality. Among all the tasks I have undertaken in my life, this was one of the most complex and time-consuming. Detailing the entire process would make for a lengthy account, so I will illustrate the story with just one of the five T-shirts. Picture 1 shows one of these T-shirts. Picture 2 demonstrates how I corrected the distortion from the scanned image and enhanced it in preparation for color separation. With the infinite mercy of the Almighty Creator, the print was successfully completed, and the foreign buyer approved it at first sight, leading to full production. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of the print. Since then, I have been striving to find various solutions. Today, after ten years and seven months, I have finally quenched that thirst and developed the method I sought. I researched the smallest part of the image, as shown in Picture 3, which has a dimension of 3.12 inches in width and 1.96 inches in height. Picture 4 is the actual restored version, which I believe needs no further description. To fulfill life's aspirations, there is no substitute for patience and perseverance. I offer countless thanks to the Almighty Creator, for He is the Great and the source of all knowledge.
