Today, I received the recipients of the inaugural cohort of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Academic Scholarship Program, alongside a group of outstanding high school graduates from both public and private schools in Dubai, as well as Emirati recipients of the Dubai Ruler's Court scholarship. We congratulate them on their achievements and reaffirm Dubai’s commitment to supporting and honoring excellence. We firmly believe that the best investment is in the people of the UAE and in nurturing their talents. This is an investment in our nation's prosperity and a step towards a bright future.

التقيت اليوم المنتسبين للدفعة الأولى من برنامج حمدان بن محمد للابتعاث الأكاديمي، كما التقيت خريجي الثانوية العامة من المدارس الحكومية والخاصة في دبي إلى جانب الخريجين الجامعيين من المواطنين والمواطنات الحاصلين على منحة ديوان حاكم دبي ... نبارك لهم جميعاً تفوقهم، ونؤكد أن دبي ستواصل نهجها القائم على رعاية وتكريم المتميزين. لدينا قناعة راسخة أن أفضل استثمار هو الاستثمار في أبناء الإمارات وبالمواهب والعقول ... فهذا استثمار من أجل رفعة وطننا ومجد شعبنا ومستقبلنا المشرق بإذن الله.

Today, I attended the graduation ceremony of two cohorts of cadet officers from Zayed II Military College in Al Ain. We congratulate the graduates and their families on this significant achievement from a prestigious military institution . For over 50 years, this esteemed establishment has provided the nation with highly skilled and knowledgeable military leaders who have pledged to serve the nation and protect our country and its achievements.

شهدت اليوم تخريج دورتي الضباط الجامعيين في كلية زايد الثاني العسكرية بالعين ... نبارك لهم ولذويهم ولوطننا الغالي تخريج هذه الكوكبة الجديدة من الكلية التي تمثل صرحاً عسكرياً مرموقاً، وتواصل منذ أكثر من 50 عاماً رفد الوطن بقيادات وخبرات عسكرية على قدر عالٍ من الكفاءة والمعرفة ... رجال عاهدوا الله وقيادته وشعبه على حماية تراب الاتحاد ومياهه وسمائه والحفاظ على مكتسباتنا الوطنية ... حفظ الله دولتنا وحفظ قيادتنا الرشيدة وشعبنا العزيز.
