Sales Mitigation Strategist?! WHATTT?! How's that sound? Ever considered hiring someone solely focused on reducing sales, someone who looks for all sorts of ways to shrink your business, make processes more inefficient? It might sound counterintuitive, but here's why it's a brilliant move for your business. By having a Sales Mitigation Specialist on your team, you gain a unique advantage. They're not here to shrink your profits; they're catalysts for boosting sales. Their insights can revolutionize your approach to market penetration and revenue generation. And if you don't hire that person, that person will be hired by your competitor, and you'll never know what's in their head. You should hire him... to increase sales! Think about the potential. And if you're intrigued by the concept, drop me a line. #salesstrategy #growthstrategy #problemsolving

Follow me, Ryan Hutchinson, for more tips on scaling your b2b service agency… Without: - worrying about your client churn - complex tech or fancy funnels - doing it all by yourself, 24/7 - 30 min discovery calls - hiring too quickly

Building high performance outbound sales teams // Rucking 2 revenue // Faith and family over business.
I talked to an agency owner recently who had just hired a VP of sales. Their punch-list from day 1 was ass backwards (aka don't do this)... 1. Rework their sales tech 👇 2. Hire a team 👇 3. Build their processes 👇 4. Solidify their outreach strategy 👇 5. Finally GTM (cold outbound) -- Why not... 1A. Go to market as efficiently as humanly possible 1B. Generate as many conversations with said market as possible 1C. Iterate your messaging as effectively as possible all to establish message-market fit! Once you KNOW you can reach and resonate with your audience cold... Then, and only then: 2. Solidify the strategy 👇 3. Build process around it 👇 4. Hire a team to run it 👇 5. Find tech to enable it Just a thought. Cheers 🍻

You're a leader in charge of demand generation, and: - Spending hours each week organising leads. - Writing copy. - Preparing campaigns. - Replying to interested prospects. You're wasting your time. And if no ones doing the above... that's a differen't conversation. You're job as a leader should be to lead. - Improving processes. - Managing your team. - Talking to prospects and clients. - Executing on plans. - Closing more deals. Outbound is hard. Don't make it harder by overwhelming your self with tasks.

Want to become a better leader? Start by doing this one thing every day. Ask a team member how they feel. Sales is cool. Marketing is cool. Hiring is cool. But if you don’t ensure that your team feels good, If you don’t care about their experience and the culture, You’re building a short-term company. No matter how skilled you are, No matter how much money you have, No matter how many inbound leads you get, The most important thing to build a sustainable business is: 1. Hire good people 2. Do everything you can to ensure they have a world-class experience PS - Which pastry are you taking?

COO at Somewhere | Strategic Advisor & Investor | Driving Multi-Million Dollar Growth and Operational Excellence
Make it. Sell it. Don’t overcomplicate it. I’m fortunate to witness a wide array of clients that come through the pipeline at Shepherd scale at an unbelievable rate. I see the entrepreneurs who are working a full time job go out on a limb and hire a virtual assistant that can help them piece their foundation together. They then come back to make a sales hire. A marketing hire. And eventually hire entire teams. I see operators reinvesting into their business by making their first sales manager hire across the globe to execute on their proven sales strategy. Finding a whole new level of “WFH” trust. They then come back to hire an entire team. I see the enterprise brands “trying a new thing” and hire entire customer success orgs that transform their business leaving management to come back asking “who else can we hire?” The common theme no matter the scale is that it all starts small and scales fast. Once you have “it” there is nowhere to go but up.

My counterintuitive approach to not feeling stuck and overwhelmed as a business owner is hiring a specialist agency instead of hiring someone internally. The reason is that the agencies are the experts and have the experience to take a lot off your plate. #business #businessgrowth #resultstory #socialmedia
