What a successful Business Development Forum! Fuelco Australia's team had an exhilarating couple of days filled with insightful discussions, engaging presentations, and strategic planning sessions spanning across all departments. While focusing on building engaged and cohesive teams, it's crucial to prioritize supporting mental well-being and fostering collaboration. Taking time to relax, share jokes, and have fun together allows us to strengthen relationships, communicate openly, and cultivate a supportive environment. Recently, our Technology Operations teams engaged in a car rally and treasure hunt, showcasing their creativity to win team prizes, solve clues, and expertly navigate the map with the guidance of the Trinidad and Tobago Rally Association. These activities highlight the importance of integrating such initiatives regularly.
