Manage escalations and unblock constraints and dependencies. Demonstrate advanced communication management skills, including writing and presentations. Represent the programs from business, product, and technical perspectives. Demonstrate technical knowledge to the degree required and be comfortable working with Technical Leaders, engineers and construction methodologies. Independently work to support change roadmaps, implementing plans for programs including impact analysis. Proactively support programs requiring change management, monitor progress of change management rollout, and resolve misalignments.
