Documentation of the existing and evolving environment is a key goal. We’re looking for an open, curious person that is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the detailed work but still see the big picture. Overall program management will be handled by its client. However, project success will be determined by agency teams who will be responsible for working through the transition (sometimes) with third party partners which will integrate with. There will be multiple opportunities for complications throughout the process. A program manager who can help identify bottlenecks and look for solutions is necessary.
