Presenting to you - 'micro-apartments' What are micro-apartments? - To tackle rising costs and the rise of minimalism, micro-apartments have emerged as affordable and sustainable housing options, especially in urban areas. I have heard about these apartments... many years ago. Once I sold off my 40x60 ft site in Bangalore. The buyer constructed a three story apartments with all one BHK sets about 16 units. All these units were occupied within one month of completion. This apartment complex was built at a nearby vicinity of textile industry. The bulls eye is to set up nearby an indistrial unit.Higher class units can be set up near a residential area. Operation and Maintenance will be the biggest challenge. 2030 is a far cry. For such a massive population and that too with a younger workforce, it is obvious that we should have the plans ready within three years and should be set up for occupation by this time. Modular homes can be built and transported. Some innovative ideas muideas?st come up. In a nutshel, this seems to be a very good idea. But, it will beat one endeavour. You will start loading the city instead of spreading the industry far, wide and remote. How will we address and offset this massive urbanisation? Any ideas ?

Harsha sankisa Excellent Post. Micro apartments offer a solution. They provide affordable, well-designed living spaces that cater to the needs of single professionals and small families. As a real estate agent in Gurugram, I've seen firsthand the demand for cost-effective housing.Rents are skyrocketing, and many young professionals are priced out of the market.

I think you meant to say that micro Apartments are contributing just 1% to the Residential Real Estate. Am I right?
